By using this website or our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • CDDM does not employ movers or moving crews
  • CDDM does not own or operate moving trucks or equipment
  • All moving services are performed by independent Partner Movers
  • Partner Movers maintain their own licenses, insurance, and business operations

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Your Relationship with Partner Movers

When you are connected with a Partner Mover through CDDM:

  • You enter into a direct agreement with the Partner Mover, not with CDDM
  • The Partner Mover is solely responsible for the moving services they provide
  • Any disputes regarding moving services should be resolved directly with the Partner Mover
  • The Partner Mover's own terms, conditions, and policies apply to your transaction

We encourage you to verify that any Partner Mover you work with maintains appropriate licensing and insurance for moving services in California.

5. Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our website:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You consent to being contacted by CDDM and/or Partner Movers regarding your request
  • You understand that quotes are estimates and final pricing is determined by the Partner Mover
  • Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to use any services

6. Promotional Codes

CDDM may offer promotional codes (such as "HERO" for community discounts) from time to time. These codes:

  • Are subject to verification of eligibility
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
  • May be modified or discontinued at any time
  • Are applied at the discretion of the Partner Mover

7. Limitation of Liability

CDDM acts solely as a referral platform. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from moving services performed by Partner Movers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CDDM is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of Partner Movers
  • CDDM makes no warranties about the quality or outcome of moving services
  • CDDM's liability is limited to the fees paid directly to CDDM, if any
  • CDDM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of College Dudes Doin' Moves or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
